Dashboard
Firm priorities, risk, team capacity and approvals in one view.
Attention
Keep the work behind every matter connected.
Lexuno brings the people, records, deadlines, documents and financial work behind a legal matter into one organised operating environment. Each part stays connected, giving legal professionals clearer context from client intake through ongoing matter work.
Matters and clients
Create a reliable record for every client and legal matter, then keep appointments, responsibilities and next steps connected to that work. Your team can return to one clear source of context instead of piecing information together across separate tools.
Tasks and deadlines
Assign work, record due dates and keep court dates, consultations and internal deadlines visible to the people responsible for them. Clear ownership helps the practice follow up before important work is missed.
Documents
Store matter and client files in the context where they are used, with versions and review activity kept together. This gives the practice a more organised way to prepare, find and manage legal documents.
Billing
Prepare invoices, record manual payments and review billing activity alongside the matters that produced it. Firm teams can see the operational and financial context of work without maintaining a disconnected billing trail.

Workflows
Turn recurring legal and administrative processes into defined stages, responsibilities and next actions. Reusable workflows give solo practitioners and law-firm teams a clearer way to manage consistent service delivery.

Client Portal
Give invited clients a separate, controlled space for information their legal team has deliberately shared. Clients can follow selected matters, documents, appointments and billing information without entering the firm’s internal workspace.
Start on your own. Add structure as you grow.
Begin with a Solo workspace, add people when the practice expands, and move into a shared firm setup without rebuilding the work you have already organised.

Give people the access their work requires.
Lexuno separates firm workspaces, applies role-based controls and limits client access to information a firm has deliberately shared.

Role-based access
Assign access according to each person’s responsibilities inside the practice.
Separated firm workspaces
Keep one firm’s operational records outside another firm’s workspace.
Controlled client visibility
Choose which matters, documents and billing information invited clients may view.
Audit visibility
Review important changes and high-risk activity through the platform’s audit controls.

Questions before you start
Everything you need to know about starting with Lexuno, trial allowances, and practice onboarding.
What can I do during the free trial?
You can set up a workspace, add clients and matters, manage tasks and appointments, upload documents within the trial allowance and invite up to five trial staff members. AI features are not available during the trial.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The launch trial is designed for evaluation without upfront payment details.
Can I start on my own and add a team later?
Yes. Your workspace and records are designed to move with you as the practice grows. Some subscription changes may currently require assisted activation.
How do clients use Lexuno?
Clients use a separate Client Portal. They can only view the information their legal team has chosen to make available.
Is AI included in the free trial?
No. AI-assisted features are reserved for eligible paid subscriptions and remain unavailable until the required provider and firm controls are active.
Can I add more storage?
Yes. Storage packs can be added independently, so the firm does not need to change plans simply to increase its pooled storage.
